Upon graduating from the Sports Industry Course with LLS, Millie secured a summer coaching contract in Napa Valley, California… she loved it that much that she decided to stay for 2 years. She’s now studying on a Sports Marketing degree at UCFB, Manchester.
Before starting a PE teaching degree at Edge Hill University, Nadine took a gap year coaching in Rhode Island, USA. Her desire to coach abroad stemmed from voluntary experiences organised by Your Tour in Madrid and Sri Lanka.
Rhys progressed to Chester University after completing his LLS course. Along with two of his classmates, he set up a sports business offering high quality 1 on 1 and group coaching for children in North Wales.
Talented footballer Sean was academically gifted and chose to study LLS’ Sports Industry Course. However, despite achieving top grades, he caught the coaching bug and chose to place university on hold to pursue an academy coaching role in Australia, rather than a University degree. His current role also gave him the chance to work with Inter Milan.
Paige has achieved it all with LLS. She has played football around the world, completed an apprenticeship and coached in multiple global destinations. Now based in Boston, USA – Paige is a Director of Coaching and mentors LLS students alongside her Coaching and Performance degree.
After two years studying with LLS, Daniel spent a summer coaching in the USA before returning to complete a sports apprenticeship in Belle Vale Primary School. His varied experience led to him landing a dream coaching job with Stoke City FC in Shanghai.
Aspiring teacher Seana volunteered in primary schools and with Leigh Sports Council before securing a paid role coaching football to toddlers. She continues to have this role alongside her PE & School Sport degree.
Talented boxer and sportsman Alex launched his own coaching business whilst studying with LLS. Alongside his Sports Coaching & Development degree he helps children and adults improve their boxing ability.
Straight ‘A’ student Kimia used the LLS course to support her pathway to University. At the end of Year 13 she jetted off to Qatar in the Middle East for a summer working as a multi-sports coach for Evolution Sports.
Nathan loves coaching more than most and his goal was always to become an academy coach. Whilst studying on the Professional Coaching Course, Nathan volunteered with clubs including Liverpool FC and Wigan Athletic. He’s now employed by Chorley FC as their U15 manager.
Hard work and commitment were two qualities Sean displayed throughout his time with LLS. Thanks to his fantastic attitude, he impressed his primary schools whilst completing an apprenticeship and has been taken on full-time by the school.
Amy had a passion for working with children when studying with LLS. As well as volunteering in local schools, she also spent time in Kings College, Madrid. Following a successful summer of coaching in USA, Amy returned to start a primary school apprenticeship.
Champion kick-boxer James joined LLS with a real focus to make this sport his career. Whilst studying the Sports Industry Course he coached kick-boxing and Muay Thai at his local club. His classes became that popular that he launched his own business!
Once she had completed LLS’ Professional Coaching Course, Oona jetted off to the USA for a summer coaching toddlers and primary school children. Thanks to her new experience, she returned to Leeds to take up a coaching role with Foot-Tech Academy.
Talented footballer Kondwani spent a summer coaching in the USA and loved the experience so much, he secured a 3-year University Soccer Scholarship.
High-achiever Bradley chose to the Sports Industry Course over A-Levels and had a huge positive impact on his classmates and children in the local primary schools. After 2-years with LLS he took the bold step to coach for a year in Sri Lanka and hasn’t looked back since. Bradley now works full time for Challenger Sports in the USA.
Since studying the Sports Industry Course, Caoilainn has developed a strong passion for coaching. She has spent 9 weeks in Sacramento, California, coaching with Challenger Sports. Since returning home, Caoilainn has been working with Skill School NI as a Primary School Sports Coach.
Prior to studying towards a Sports Coaching degree, Justin added many unique experiences to his CV, including: volunteering in Madrid and Sri Lanka, coaching with Crusaders FC (Belfast) and working in Atlanta for Challenger Sports.
Pablo had studied for 1-year in sixth form before joining LLS at Doha College. His focus was to play football at a high level so LLS used its network to organise pre-season training and trials with semi-pro clubs in the UK. Pablo will spend one season playing senior football in Qatar before considering a university scholarship.
Aspiring Sports Scientist Diego was completing the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award alongside his studies with LLS. Thanks to LLS and Your Tour, he was able to spend a week volunteering at our Liverpool Head Quarters which is when he first saw Liverpool Hope University and decided this is where he would study for higher education.
Primary School teaching was Cerys’ goal when joining LLS at Doha College. She fully immersed herself into volunteering with local schools and Evolution Sports and her impressive UCAS application meant she secured a place at University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
